- Tax (if applicable) — depending on your jurisdiction and industry, you may need to charge sales tax, GST, or VAT. Include the rate and calculated amount as a separate line.
- Clear payment instructions — bank transfer details, PayPal address, or a payment link. Remove all friction between the client and the "pay" button.
